Sir 1. Clark Hutchisonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what action he proposes to take on the recommendation of the Royal Commission on Marriage and Divorce that provision should be made to facilitate the enforcement in other Commonwealth countries of orders for aliment made by the Scottish courts and the enforcement in Scotland of orders for maintenance made by the courts of those countries.
§ Mr. J. StuartMy right hon. and learned Friend the Lord Advocate has asked the Scottish Law Reform Committee to consider the views expressed by the Royal Commission on Marriage and Divorce on this subject.
