§ Mr. BevinsA park keeper in the Royal Parks has power to arrest a person for an offence against the Parks Regulations, or against the general law, by virtue of the Parks Regulation Acts, 1872 and 1926. Park keepers have standing instructions to carry out their duties with tact and consideration for the public and to exercise the greatest care before making an arrest.
