§ 71. Mr. Proctorasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government what application he has received from the Manchester Corporation for an order under the Water Act, 1948, to vary their charges for water as a result of revaluation.
§ Mr. SandysNone. The corporation operate their water undertaking under local Acts which prescribe maximum rates and charges. They would apply to me for an order to vary their charges only if they wished to exceed these maxima.
