§ 40. Mr. Awberyasked the Secretary to the Treasury if Her Majesty's Government will undertake a review of the statutory bans to awards of retrospective pay increases made by arbitrators in respect of all persons whose wages and salaries are paid or determined by the Government with a view to introducing legislation to eliminate all such bans.
§ Mr. H. BrookeThe hon. Gentleman will have noticed the statement made on 12th July by my right hon. and gallant Friend the Home Secretary. I have nothing to add to that at present.
