§ 82. Mr. Donnellyasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will make a statement on the progress he has made in payments of compensation by Her Majesty's Government to the owners of orange trees felled in the Famagusta area.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydOffers of compensation have been made by the Cyprus Government to more than 150 owners, representing over 90 per cent. of the total. 17 of these offers have so far been accepted, one provisionally, and six have been refused.
