§ Mr. J. Edenasked the Minister of Education the number of retired teachers who are excluded from benefiting under the Pensions (Increase) Act, 1956, because they were under 60 years of age.
§ Sir D. EcclesNone. Teachers cannot receive pensions under the Teachers (Superannuation) Acts before they reach the age of 60 years except on the ground of ill-health, and ill-health pensioners can receive pensions increase at any age.
