asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies under what ordinances Mr. J. F. Sangala, President General, and Mr. T. D. T. Banda, Secretary General, of the Nyasaland African Congress were prosecuted in April; and whether he will put a transcript of the proceedings in the Library.
