§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterSubject to the usual conditions, immigrants can receive68W National Insurance benefits from my Department and National Assistance from the National Assistance Board; and, when they have satisfied certain residence conditions, they can qualify for Family Allowances. There are no statistics showing how many immigrants are receiving these payments or the total cost of making these payments to immigrants.
