§ Mr. F. MacleanThe establishment of full-time commissioned chaplains is 466 and the strength 410. There is no fixed establishment of part-time chaplains who are clergymen appointed wherever the need arises. At present about 800 are ministering to the Active Army. Practically all of the chaplains are concerned with both Regulars and National Service men.
