§ Mr. Iain MacleodThe large-scale Household Expenditure Enquiry has been completed and the main results of this enquiry are now being examined by the Cost of Living Advisory Committee. I hope that the Committee will shortly submit to me proposals for a further revision of the Index of Retail Prices, until I receive these proposals I am unable to say what changes will be made and when they will be brought into operation.
