Bossomasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government, if he will either issue as a White Paper or send to all local authorities the descriptions of the methods by which freezing and bursting of water pipes in buildings has been prevented in Canada, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland and the United States of America for practically the last quarter of a century, details of which are in his possession.
