§ Mr. P. ThorneycroftConditions governing the issue of import licences for meat from Argentina and Uruguay are set out in Notice to Importers No. 649, a copy of which I am sending to my hon. Friend. The open individual licences referred to in the notice are issued for periods of one year at a time.
