§ Mr. BirchDetailed figures are not available but, on a rough assessment, the sales of radio and electronic equipment by the R.A.F. to other countries amounted to between £750,000 and £1 million in each of the past two years. Much of this equipment was used or reconditioned, and no comparison with the export prices obtained by industry is practicable.
