§ Major Lloyd-GeorgeThe latest records are for 1954, when 1,020 tests were made, and 964 of the persons concerned were prosecuted for offences under Section 15 of the Road Traffic Act, 1930. As to the last part of the Question, I regret that there is no information readily available.
