§ Mr. Wingfield DigbyYes. As I informed my hon. Friend the Member for Sunderland, South (Mr. P. Williams) on 1st February, my noble Friend is in touch with my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade. Steps have been taken to curtail the export of steel plate in the interests of the shipbuilding and ship-repairing and other industries.
