§ Mr. Callaghanasked the Postmaster-General over what area of Wales reception of the Wenvoe Station is now satisfactory.
Dr. HillThe B.B.C. tells me that with the present temporary aerial system the Wenvoe V.H.F. sound service is satisfactorily received in Glamorganshire, the greater part of Monmouthshire, and parts of Carmarthenshire and Brecknockshire, though in places the quality of reception may vary. In the spring of this year, when the permanent aerial system is completed, the population served will be increased from about 1½ million to nearly 2 million.
