§ Mr. Selwyn LloydThe level at which Her Majesty's Government are represented at the General Assembly of the United Nations, and the length of time during which members of Her Majesty's Government should be present, depend on the one hand on the business before the General Assembly at any given time, and on the other hand, on the other responsibilities of Ministers. The question whether a member of Her Majesty's Government should lead the United Kingdom delegation during the second half of the present Session, and if so for how long, is a matter which I have at present under consideration.
