§ Mr. ErrollAn application for registration has just been received and is being examined. I have no knowledge of what bookings will follow yesterday's trade 141W showing of the film, but in any case my right hon. Friend has no power to intervene unless an application is made under subsection (2) of Section 5 of the Cinematograph Films Act, 1948.
