§ 79. Mr. Beswickasked the Minister of Health as representing the Lord President of the Council, if he is satisfied that the draft regulations submitted by the General Dental Council, providing for special examinations under Section 16 of the 102W Dentists Act, 1956, will meet the requirement that the examinations should be of a practical character appropriate to the circumstances in which certain foreign refugee dentists, who have previously registered and practised abroad, are now applying for registration in this country; and if he will make a statement.
