§ Mr. HareThe Report, together with the comments of the Army Council on its recommendations, is being published today as Command Paper 35. It is now available in the Vote Office. On behalf of the Army Council, I take this opportunity of expressing gratitude to the 121W Chairman and members of the Committee for the very valuable work which they have done.
