§ Sir D. EcclesI would refer the hon. Member to the Answer which I gave on 6th December to my hon. Friend the Member for Bath (Mr. Pitman). The scheme which I outlined for improving the distribution of teachers is designed to help hard-pressed areas in the Midlands and elsewhere to improve their staffing standards.
