§ Mr. Dodds-ParkerHer Majesty's Government welcomed the visit of the acting Turkish Foreign Minister and the Secretary-General of the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs to London on 29th November. It provided an opportunity for a useful exchange of views on matters of common interest. As the discussions were confidential, I am unable to give details of them.
