asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will arrange for part of the moneys contributed by the Government for relief in Hungary to be allocated to the relief of the several thousand Egyptian people who have been rendered homeless and destitute by British shelling and rocket fire in Egypt.

No. The moneys were given for the purpose stated, and are no longer under the control of Her Majesty's Government.
