Mr. Mulley

asked the Minister of Education if, following the new arrangements for awards for post-graduate study announced in Circular 315, he will set up a committee or working party to consider the practicability of instituting a similar method of concentrating awards on a national basis for undergraduate study thereby avoiding many of the difficulties
