§ 30. Mr. Callaghanasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation when he expects the interests concerned, whom he called together on 21st July, 1955, to reach a conclusion in the negotiations for a new apportionment of dock charges in South Wales between shipowners and exporters.
§ Mr. WatkinsonAs I understand that the technical panel appointed to consider this complicated problem has so far been unable to resolve the difficulties completely, my Department is inviting the interests concerned to a further conference in the near future.
