§ 40. Mr. Zilliacusasked the Minister of Defence what opportunities are provided for Service men to claim conscientious objection to continued service in the Forces when they believe that Her Majesty's Forces are engaged in operations that contravene the Charter of the United Nations.
§ Mr. HeadSuch a situation is covered by the arrangement for claiming a conscientious objection described in my Answer to the hon. Member for Eton and Slough (Mr. Brockway) on 21st November last. They apply whatever the nature of the objection.
