to review Libyan obligations under the Treaty of Alliance with the United Kingdom.We have not so far received any official proposal on this subject from the Libyan Government. We are already engaged in discussing with the Libyan Government, in a friendly spirit, the interpretation and manner of executing certain clauses in the Treaty.
