§ 58. Mr. George Craddockasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will seek international agreement to transfer to the authority of the Trusteeship Council of the United Nations Organisation under Article 77 all Colonial Territories which have not been granted freedom and self-determination by 1st January, 1958.
