Mr. AmoryI am satisfied that the horticultural industry is vigorously striving for increased production and efficiency. In spite of the difficulties due to the bad weather early this year, I have no reason to doubt that their efforts are meeting with a considerable measure of success, and I doubt whether any special appeal is required.
