MoncktonThe rights of officers in the Army and Royal Air Force are set out in Sections 42 of the Army and Air Force Acts and of naval officers in138W Article 1851 of Queen's Regulations and Admiralty Instructions. The present procedure in the Army and Royal Air Force was reviewed recently by the Select Committee on the Army and Air Force Acts and virtually no changes have been incorporated in the new legislation which is due to come into force on 1st January, 1957.
