StuartApplications from Cumnock Town Council to borrow £972 in order to reconstruct the lavatory accommodation at the Town Hall, and from New Cumnock District Council for £1,700 to add cloakroom and lavatory accommodation at the New Cumnock Town Hall were recently refused on the ground that the work is not urgently necessary in present circumstances.
