HC Deb 23 April 1956 vol 551 c114W
53. Mr. A. Henderson

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether, following the representations of Her Majesty's Government to the Egyptian Government, the anti-British broadcasts over the Cairo radio have now ceased.

Mr. Selwyn Lloyd

I am glad to say that there has been an improvement in the tone of Cairo broadcasts, so far as this country is concerned, since 4th April.
