asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will provide those who receive small pensions and superannuation allowances on retiring from the public services with cards enabling them to receive the benefit of the same reduced charges which old-age pensioners enjoy in regard to tobacco, entertainments, hairdressing, boot-repairing, etc.

No. Even if cards of identity were provided for public service pensioners, these would not necessarily enable them to benefit from concessions available for old-age pensioners.
