§ 85. Mr. J. Taylorasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if, in view of the unfavourable Report of the panel of experts on the suggested underwater road crossing of the Firth of Forth, he will now proceed with the plans for the high-level bridge and make an early statement on the matter.
