§ Mr. J. Taylorasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he expects to publish the Report of the Committee of Inquiry set up under the Chairmanship of Sir Hugh Rose, Bt., to discover whether it is still necessary for children to be granted exemption from attendance at school for work in the potato harvest.
