§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterYes. There has been some congestion with existing facilities; but my right hon. Friend the Postmaster-General will be bringing a new public exchange in that area into operation early next year. This exchange, which will be called SKYport, will serve London Airport and should materially improve telephone connections with it.
