§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterI regret the delay in this case. My Department and the Admiralty are at present negotiating with a local resident who has objected to the draft order and with statutory undertakers who are affected. Unless all the objections are withdrawn it will be necessary to refer the case to the War Works Commission for a report as the Statute provides.
