Mr. AmoryIn recent years imports from France have provided an extremely small proportion of total supplies of Christmas poultry and I should not expect prices to be significantly affected. I have suspended the special arrangements which allowed the import of poultry carcases from part of France because of the increased risk of introducing fowl pest.
