§ Mr. Lennox-BoydNo. We are now in the process of bringing into effect the constitutional arrangements which I announced on 15th June. It will be time enough to consider the future when they have been in operation for a little while and there has been opportunity for the kind of local consideration and consultations contemplated in my statement of 15th June.
