§ Mr. Lennox-BoydI gave the right hon. Member for Llanelly (Mr. J. Griffiths) an account of proposals recently made by Archbishop Makarios to the Governor of Cyprus, and of the Governor's reply, in my reply to a Question on 16th November; to which I would refer the hon. Member.
