Mr. Haleasked the Minister of Pensions and National Insurance whether he is aware that a great many sufferers from byssinosis are still excluded from industrial injury benefit; and whether he 74W will now consider the introduction of regulations to provide benefits for all genuine sufferers from industrial disease.
§ Mr. PeakeThe provision made for byssinosis under the National Insurance (Industrial Injuries) Acts is at present under consideration by the Industrial Injuries Advisory Council.
