§ Major Lloyd-GeorgeSince the Act came into force on 6th June only one complaint has reached me. I understand that three other works have been brought to the attention of the Director of Public Prosecutions and that in none of these cases did my right hon. and learned Friend the Attorney-General consider that proceedings were called for.
