Mr. Freethasked the Minister of Education the number of children in each of the Counties of Surrey, Berkshire, Wiltshire and Hampshire who, after the age of 11 years, are compelled to stay at the same primary school until the age of 15 years owing to no places being available in secondary modern schools for those who fail to obtain a grammar school place.
