§ THE PAYMASTER GENERAL (THE EARL OF SELKIRK)The mass of detailed information which the noble Lord seeks will take some time to collate and prepare in the form in which he desires it, and it is unlikely to be convenient to provide by way of a Parliamentary Answer. I will therefore write to the noble Lord and send him the information, but it may take some time to get it ready. I will arrange for a copy of the correspondence to be available in the Library.
