§ 37. Mr. M. Lindsayasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation in how many of the ten major road improvement schemes announced by his Department on 8th December, 1953, for authorisation within the financial year 1954–55, no work has as yet started upon the site.
§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterThirteen such schemes were announced. Work on the site has already started on all but three. Work on these will start before the end of the financial year.
