§ 86. Sir F. Medlicottasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to the anomalies which still exist in the matter of compensation under the Town and Country Planning Acts, 1947 and 1954; and if he will introduce legislation to correct these anomalies.
§ Mr. SandysIf my hon. Friend will let me know what points he has in mind, I shall gladly look into them. But I can hold out no promise of early legislation.
