§ 34. Mr. Hayasked the Secretary of State for War when the agreement between his Lands Branch at Salisbury 16W and Mr. J. D. Payne in respect of land at Arncott, near Bicester, will be made available for Mr. Payne to sign.
§ Mr. HeadThis agreement, which involved a lot of negotiation, was sent to Mr. Payne's agents for signature on 18th August, 1955. A number of points were raised which have now been cleared, and I know of nothing to delay a signature.
