§ Mr. Patrick Maitlandasked the Postmaster-General whether he is aware of public demands at East Kilbride for sub-post office facilities for the Westwood, East Mains and Telford Road, Murray, areas of this rapidly growing new town; and when he expects to be able to arrange these facilities.
Dr. HillA temporary sub-office to serve the Westwood and Telford Road, Murray, areas is to be opened on 28th November. The question of providing a sub-office to serve the East Mains and the adjoining Calderwood areas will be considered when the latter has been further developed.
