§ Mr. Walker-SmithThe Association of Cinematograph and Allied Technicians suggested that the remittance of earnings to the United States under the Agreement should be reduced and that the import of American films should be limited by quantitative control. The Association were told that these points and all other relevant considerations had been taken into account by the Government in deciding their attitude to the Agreement.
