§ Mr. PeakeYes. The Report is being published today, and I am indebted to the Committee for its full and careful review of this important part of the National Insurance scheme. The only change it recommends is one to enable a worker who has already taken an annual holiday to get unemployment benefit if he has to take an unpaid second holiday in the same year. I have today submitted to the Committee a preliminary draft of Regulations to give effect to this recommendation.
